Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Congress Members
Site layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island among the photographs.
Also featured in this latest document disclosure appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had created ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and features a key identifying various parts of the property.
Alongside this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including plans for marina coverings.
More materials disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional process.
